BAIRD INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR DESIGN-BUILD NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES Baird Independent School District ("District") is accepting responses to a Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") from qualified design-build firms for the design and construction of the District's Vocational Agriculture Barn Project pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 2269. Completed responses must be received no later than June 8, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at the Baird Independent School District Administration Building, Attn: Dr. Tim Little, Superintendent of Schools, PO Box 1147, 600 W. 7th, Baird, TX 79504. Responses received after the deadline will not be considered. The RFQ package may be obtained from the District Administration Building, requested electronically from the District, or accessed directly on the District's website at: https://bairdisd.org/construction. Following evaluation of responses, the District may qualify up to five (5) design-build firms for further consideration pursuant to Texas Government Code § 2269.307.
