BARTLESVILLE COMMUNITY CENTER TRUST AUTHORITY CONCRETE REPLACEMENT 2026 Bid No. 2026-CR Notice is hereby given that the Bartlesville Community Center Trust Authority will receive sealed bids at the Centers main office until 4:00 p.m. on the 3rd day of April, 2026 at such time bids will be opened and publicly read. The project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and expenses necessary to construct the project as called for in the plans and specifications on file at the Centers Facility Managers Office 300 SE Adams Blvd, Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74003, (918) 337-2787. Plans, specifications, and contract documents may be examined in this office and are available at a nonrefundable charge of $20.00 or they can be requested and received via email at no charge (ppatterson@bartlesvillecenter.com). No documents will be mailed until payment is received in full. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on March 25th, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. At The Center 400 SE Adams Blvd, Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The major work on the project shall consist of the following: 2463 SY Concrete Paving Removal & Replacement (Standard) Adjustments to Grade to improve drainage to storm drain. Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked, Facility Manager The Center, 400 S.E. Adams Blvd, Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74003, Concrete Replacement, Bid No. 2026-CR". Proposals shall be accompanied by a five percent (5%) bid guarantee. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All Bids must be made on the required Bid form. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids and select the lowest and best bid. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) before the time set for receiving bids as well as bids received after the time set for receipt of bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
