BAY TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Bay Township Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting will be held in the Bay Township Hall, in the Village of Horton's Bay, 05045 Boyne City Road, Boyne City, MI 49712. The purpose of the meeting is to consider an application for Planned Unit Development submitted by Camp Daggett, to allow the expansions and additions to structures and camp programs of an existing Planned Unit Development allowed by Article XI of the Bay Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended (the Ordinance). The Bay Township Planning Commission will review this application as outlined in Article XI, Planned Unit Development, and Article XII, Site Plan Review.
