BAY TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Bay Township Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting will be held in the Bay Township Hall, in the Village of Horton's Bay, 05045 Boyne City Road, Boyne City, MI 49712. The purpose of the meeting is to consider an application for Special Use Permit submitted by Terrence Barr, to allow an accessory structure without a primary structure allowed as a Special Use by Article IV, Section 4.7 g. Bay Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended (the Ordinance). The Bay Township Planning Commission will review this application as outlined in Article XIII, Special Uses, Article XII, Site Plan Review and conditions set forth in Article IV, (the Ordinance). In the Matter of: Barr Terrence A Trust: Charlevoix County Property Tax Identification Number 15-001-006-016-55, located near the corner of Van Hosen Road and Horton Creek Road (no address currently issued).
