BAY TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Bay Township Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting will be held in the Bay Township Hall, in the Village of Horton's Bay, 05045 Boyne City Road, Boyne City, MI 49712. The purpose of the meeting is to hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of a rewrite of Section 9.6.e of the Bay Township Zoning Ordinance. The Bay Township Planning Commission will review a rewrite of Section 9.6.e Setback of the Bay Township Zoning Ordinance as Amended through January 2024. In the Matter of: Section 9.6 Setbacks, it is proposed to read as: e. Setbacks and Lot Depth: Setbacks and lot depts for all uses shall be as follows: 1. Front: Twenty five (25) feet 2. Side: Ten (10) feet 3. Rear: Thirty (30) feet 4.
