BEDMINSTER TOWNSHIP LAND USE BOARD 2026 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RESOLUTION#2026-001 WHEREAS, the governing body of the Township of Bedminster has the need to acquire certain professionals and organizations as a fair and open contract pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 during the year 2026; and, WHEREAS, all of those to be appointed are engaged in rendering "professional services" as defined by N.J.S.A. 40A:11-2 (6), in that they are authorized to practice recognized professions, the practice of which are regulated by law; and, WHEREAS, all of those to be appointed have submitted proposals indicating they will provide the following services; and, WHEREAS, all of those to be appointed have completed and submitted a Business Entity Disclosure Certification which certifies that the following named professionals and organizations have not made any reportable contributions to a political or candidate committee in the Township of Bedminster in the previous one year, and that the contract will prohibit the following named professionals and organizations from making any reportable contributions through the term of the contract; and, WHEREAS, the Township Treasurer has certified that sufficient funds will be made available in the 2026 temporary and adopted budgets to pay for the professional services authorized herein, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Bedminster Township Land Use Board, that it does ratify, confirm and approve the appointment of the following to perform professional services for the Township of Bedminster during the year 2026, subject to the negotiating of an acceptable contract and total quality performance.
