BEDMINSTER TOWNSHIP LAND USE BOARD DESIGNATION OF OFFICIAL NEWSPAPERS AND MEETING DATES RESOLUTION #2026-002 BE IT RESOLVED by the LAND USE BOARD OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BEDMINSTER in the County of Somerset and State of New Jersey, as follows: WHEREAS, Chapter 231 of the Public Laws of New Jersey (1975), known as and hereinafter designated as the "Open Public Meetings Act", requires notification of meetings of public bodies, as therein defined, in the manner therein set forth: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that, for purposes of compliance with the "Open Public Meetings Act" aforesaid, the Land Use Board of the Township of Bedminster hereby makes the following designations: 1. The Bernardsville News, Bernardsville and The Courier-News, Somerville are hereby designated as the two official newspapers to receive notice of meetings as required by any and all sections of The Open Public Meetings Act, it appearing that those newspapers are most likely to inform the local public of such meetings. 2. The location for posting of notices of meetings shall be the bulletin board in the Township Clerk's Office located in the Township Municipal Building, One Miller Lane, Bedminster, New Jersey. 3. All legal notices (effective March 1, 2026) will also be posted on the Township website www.bedminsternj.gov as the new law mandates and a hyperlink to legal notices will be accessible from the homepage. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following notice be published, posted, mailed, and filed with The Township Clerk pursuant to the provisions of said Chapter 231 of The Public Laws of New Jersey (1975): PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Land Use Board of the Township of Bedminster in the County of Somerset, State of New Jersey, will be holding their Regular Monthly Meetings in the main meeting room of Town Hall at One Miller Lane, Bedminster, NJ and via Zoom. Members of the public are invited to join in person or to register for the Zoom meeting by contacting Janine De Leon, The Land Use Board Secretary at (908) 212-7000 extension 427 or by emailing jdeleon@bedminsternj.gov. Regular Monthly Meetings will be held to discuss or act upon business at which time "Formal Action May Be Taken" at 7:00 p.m. each of the dates set forth below for the Regular Monthly Meetings for 2026. Virtual meeting links will be provided on the Bedminster Township website www.bedminsternj.gov. REGULAR MEETINGS: February 5, February 12, March 5, March 12, April 2, April 9, May 7, May 14, June 4, June 11, July 2, July 19, August 6, August 13, September 3, September 10, October 1, October 8, November 5, November 12, December 3, December 10, and January 7, 2027. Notice of any additions to the above schedules, or changes in the time, date, or place of any scheduled meetings, will be posted in this location and delivered to, at least, one of the newspapers designated by resolution of The Land Use Board adopted on January 8, 2026, namely, The Bernardsville News and The Courier-News in advance, as required by law.
