BEDMINSTER TOWNSHIP LAND USE BOARD NOTICE OF APPROVAL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Land Use Board of the Township of Bedminster has granted Tesla, Inc. preliminary and final major site plan approval, together with bulk variance and/or design waiver/exception relief to install eight (8) Tesla-branded electric vehicle charging posts, one (1) pad mounted utility transformer, one (1) utility meter, one (1) switchboard, and one (1) charging cabinet together with landscaping and related site improvements with respect to property having a street address of 75 Washington Valley Road, in the Township of Bedminster, County of Somerset, State of New Jersey, and being designated as Block 58, Lot 14, on the Township of Bedminster Tax Map. The approval was granted by the Board at the public hearing on February 5, 2026, and memorialized by a written Resolution adopted by said Board on March 5, 2026. Copies of the approved plans and the Resolution of Approval (including a description of the bulk variances granted) are on file and available for inspection during regular business hours in the Office of the Bedminster Township Land Use Board, within the Township of Bedminster Municipal Building, located at One Miller Lane, Bedminster, New Jersey 07921.
