BEFORE THE STATE OIL AND GAS BOARD OF MISSISSIPPI RE: APPLICATION OF TELLUS OPERATING GROUP, LLC FOR ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY TO CONVERT THE TELLUS STAMPEDE 32-10 WELL NO. 1 TO AN INJECTION WELL, LOCATED IN SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 7 EAST, SMITH COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, STAMPEDE FIELD, STAMPEDE FIELDWIDE UNIT PUBLIC NOTICE To all owners, operators and persons interested in the Stampede Fieldwide Unit in Smith County, Mississippi, and in the following described lands therein: Section 32, Township 2 North, Range 7 East, Smith County, Mississippi. TAKE NOTICE that TELLUS OPERATING GROUP, LLC ("Tellus") has filed an administrative application with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board requesting authority to convert the Tellus Stampede 32-10 Well No. 1 (the "Well") to an enhanced oil recovery injection well. The surface location of the Well is located 1711 feet North of the South line and 2014 feet West of the East line of Section 32, Township 2 North, Range 7 East, Smith County, Mississippi. The bottom hole location of the Well is located 2137 feet North of the South line and 1594 feet West of the East line of Section 32, Township 2 North, Range 7 East, Smith County, Mississippi. Tellus requests authority to convert the Well to an enhanced oil recovery injection well to inject carbon dioxide into the "Unitized Zone" that is produced by the Stampede Field Fieldwide Unit. The proposed injection zone in the said Well will be in the selected intervals of the Cotton Valley Oil and Gas Pool from 15,114 feet (15,054 feet TVD) to 13,570 feet (13,534 feet TVD). Tellus' said administrative permit application for the Well is on file at the Office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board, located at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, 39202, where it is available for public inspection during usual business hours. Any interested person(s) wishing to submit written comments to the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board regarding the administrative permit application must do so within twenty (20) days following the publication of this Public Notice.
