BID NOTICE

BID NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by the Township of Middlecreek (2nd class) of Somerset County, PA at 906 Barron Church Road, Rockwood, PA 15557 until 6:00 pm on June 5, 2026 for the following stone products: 1) 500 ton AASHTO # 8 2) 2000 ton 2 RC, Select Granular Material 3) 100 ton AASHTO # 1 4) 100 ton AASHTO # 3 5) 150 ton R4 Rip Rap All quantities are approximate (more or less). All materials delivered to the Township shed or job site. (Tailgated if requested) Price per ton at plant and job site. All materials shall be PennDOT approved. Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Township and be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in the amount of $100.00 made payable to the Township of Middlecreek. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bid forms are available at the Township office or request by phone at 814-352-7025.
