BID- PROPANE GAS AND TANK TOWN OF WOODBURY NOTICE OF BIDDERS PROPANE GAS AND TANK NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Woodbury will receive sealed bids on the supply of a propane tank and gas for the Community Building located at 71 Schunnemunk Road and 3 Coach Wilson Trail, Highland Mills, NY. The contract will be for one year, July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027. Successful bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations. Sealed bids will be accepted until 2PM on April 27, 2026 at which time they will be read publicly in the Office of the Town Clerk, 615 Route 32, Lower Level, Highland Mills. All bids should be marked on the front of the sealed envelope, "Propane Bid" and can be mailed to the Town Clerk's Office, PO Box 1004, Highland Mills, New York 10930 or dropped off at the beforementioned address.
