YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 22nd day of October, 2025 at 7:00 o'clock in the evening, prevailing time, before the above Board at the Municipal Building, 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Township of Brick, New Jersey, a Public Hearing will be held to consider the application of Timothy & Karen Lynch to: Construct a 9' X 20' elevated deck, extending the existing deck with staircase to grade.

Township of Brick, New Jersey, also know as Lot 8.01 Block 105 as shown on the Tax Map for said Township and briefly described as follows: Single Family Dwelling
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following maps and documents will be considered at the hearing: Survey, Plot Plan, Pictures, Construction Details
and are available for inspection between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday at the office of the Secretary of said Zoning Board of Adjustment Board at the Municipal Building. At the hearing the applicant intends to request the following variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70
1. The applicant seeks approval of bulk variances under N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70C
2. Section 245-09 and 245-10 of the Twp. Code requires an attached elevated deck to be setback minimum 15' from the rear property line. A setback of 5' is proposed.
As well as such other relief as the Board may deem necessary for this application.
