At the hearing the applicant intends to request the following variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70 1. The applicant seeks approval of bulk variances under N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70C 2. Section 245-09 and 245-10 of the Twp. Code requires an attached elevated deck to be setback minimum 15' from the rear property line. A setback of 5' is proposed.
