BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 5th day of November, 2025 at 7:00 o'clock in the evening, prevailing time, before the above Board at the Municipal Building, 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Township of Brick, New Jersey, a Public Hearing will be held to consider the application of Michael Betsch to legitimize the existing 6' vinyl fence covering property located at 28 Nejecho Drive, Township of Brick, New Jersey, also known as: Lot 95 Block 98, as shown on the Tax Map for said Township and briefly described as follows: single family home.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following maps and documents will be considered at the hearing: survey, plot plan, fence details, and pictures, and are available for inspection between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday at the office of the Secretary of said Zoning Board of Adjustment Board at the Municipal Building. At the hearing the applicant intends to request the following variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A 40:55D-70:
1. The applicant seeks approval of bulk variances under N.J.S.A 40:55D-70C.
2. Section 245-33 of Twp. Code requires a 6' fence to be setback minimum 25' from the front property line. A setback of 1' is proposed.
3. Section 245-33 of Twp. Code requires a fence to be setback minimum of 10' from edge of the pavement. A setback of 6' is proposed.
4. Section 245-33 of the Twp. Code does not allow 6' fencing on a property that fronts on a body of water.
as well as such other relief as the Board may deem necessary for the application.
