BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Montgomery on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Auditorium in City Hall, at 103 North Perry Street, a public hearing will be held for consideration of the following items:
BD-2026-022 131 Old Field Dr Request a side yard variance for a new dwelling located at 131 Old Field Dr. in a R-100 (Residential) Zoning District.
BD-2026-021 7521 Mobile Hwy Request a height variance for a new hotel located at 7521 Mobile Hwy in a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.
BD-1984-017 5757 Atlanta Hwy Suite B Request a special exception for a trade school located in a B-3 (Commercial) Zoning District.
BD-2026-023 McGhee Rd Request a special exception for an assisted living facility located approximatly 300 ft southeast of McGhee Place Dr. N in a B-3 (Commercial) Zoning District.
BD-2025-018 10035 Chantilly Pkwy Request a sidewalk variance for a hotel located at 10035 Chantilly Pkwy in a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.
BD-2003-010 3485 Woodley Rd Request a special exception for a daycare located at 3485 Woodley Rd in a B-4 (Commercial) Zoning District.
BD-2009-024 521 Oliver Rd Request a special exception for a trade school located in a M-1 (Light Industry) Zoning District.
BD-2026-020 132 Sunset Ridge Request a special exception for a group home to be located at 132 Sunset Ridge in an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) and FH (Flood Hazard) Zoning District.
