BD-2026-023 McGhee Rd Request a special exception for an assisted living facility located approximatly 300 ft southeast of McGhee Place Dr. N in a B-3 (Commercial) Zoning District. BD-2025-018 10035 Chantilly Pkwy Request a sidewalk variance for a hotel located at 10035 Chantilly Pkwy in a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.
