BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS FIRE DISTRICT NO. 1 TOWNSHIP OF BRICK NOTICE OF SOLICITATION FOR QUOTATIONS – LEGAL SERVICES PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq., the Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District No. 1, Township of Brick, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey (the "Board"), is seeking quotations for legal services under a fair and open process. Sealed quotations will be received by the Board on May 29, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. prevailing time at the Board Office located at 253 Brick Boulevard, Brick, New Jersey, after which the quotations will be opened and publicly read by the Board Clerk or designee. All quotations must be received by the Board Clerk or designee no later than the opening date and time as set forth above. Any quotation received after, whether by mail or otherwise, will not be considered. The Board recommends that quotations be hand delivered to the Board Office at the address set forth above. All quotations shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the designation "Legal Services" clearly marked on the outside. Quotations may not be faxed, transmitted over the telephone or emailed. The Board assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail or delivery service causing the quotation to be received untimely. Quotations mailed shall be to the attention of the Board of Fire Commissioners, Fire District No. 1, Township of Brick, 253 Brick Boulevard, Brick, New Jersey 08723, and must be received on or before May 29, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) is on file in the Board Office at the address set forth above and is available to prospective proposers during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or by contacting district1@brickfire.org. Proposers will be furnished with a copy of the RFQ upon request at no cost. All questions concerning this Notice and the Request for Quotations shall be addressed to district1@brickfire.org.
