LINDA K. ERWIN, IF LIVING, AND IF DECEASED, THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS, UNKNOWN HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, TRUSTEES, DEVISEES AND ASSIGNS, IF ANY, OF LINDA K. ERWIN, DECEASED,
You will take notice that the Plaintiff has filed a Petition with the District Court, Oklahoma County, in the above-styled and numbered lawsuit and unless you answer the Petition of the Plaintiff on or before the 10th of March, 2026, the Petition will be taken as true and a judgment will be entered in favor of the Plaintiff in the amount of $63,105.75, plus interest thereon accrued through October 29, 2025, in the amount of $2,478.06 plus interest accruing thereafter at the rate of 4.750% per annum until paid, a reasonable attorney's fee, plus abstracting expenses, plus advances for taxes, insurance, property preservation, late charges and court costs, accrued and accruing during the pendency of this action; and for further decree of the Court foreclosing the Plaintiff's lien on the following described real property, to wit:
Lot Fifteen (15), in Block Ten (10), of REPLAT OF RIDGEVIEW HEIGHTS ADDITION, to Midwest City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
and for further Order directing the Sheriff to execute and sale the above-described real property and the proceeds applied to amounts due Plaintiff and further barring and foreclosing new Defendants and all Defendants to the lawsuit from any right, title, interest or estate or equity in and to the property.
