BOLTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Pursuant to Governor Healy's extension of March 2023 Order, and under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 (Wetlands Protection Act) and under the Bolton Wetland Bylaw Chapter 233, this public hearing of the Bolton Conservation Commission is being conducted via remote participation. This public hearing shall be held Tuesday, January 6th 2026 via Zoom at 7:20pm to consider the Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by EcoTec, Inc. on behalf of the applicant, Escalante – The International Golf Club, LLC, for the proposed construction of several cottages, and to request confirmation that the proposed project site is not located within jurisdictional resource areas under the Wetlands Protection Act and Bolton Bylaw and associated Regulations. All work as part of this proposed project shall be located at 159 Ballville Road, Map 5.A, Parcel 2, Bolton, MA.
