BONDS TOWN OF PLATTEKILL NOTICE OF HEARING INTRODUCTORY LOCAL LAW BONDS PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there has been introduced before the Town Board of the Town of Plattekill, New York, on June 3, 2026, a local law titled "Bonds," which local law would require that the financial security for all performance, maintenance, decommissioning and other obligations where financial security is required shall be in the form of cash, assigned deposits, certified check or bank check, and not a surety bond or bank letter of credit. A complete copy of the Introductory Local Law is available for inspection at the Clerk's Office. NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, the Town Board of the Town of Plattekill, New York, will hold a public hearing on the aforesaid Local Law on June 17, 2026, at 7:00PM P.M. or soon thereafter, at the Town Hall, 1915 Route 55, Modena, New York 12548 at which time all persons interested therein shall be heard.
