NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That the undersigned has applied to the Planning Board in the Borough of Butler, Morris County, New Jersey for minor subdivision approval with associated variance relief in order to subdivide an existing vacant lot into two lots at the subject property commonly known as 13 Spring Street and otherwise known as Block 47, Lot 11.01 on the Tax Maps of the Borough of Butler. The subject property is located in a R-4 Zone and the single-family residential uses proposed are permitted in the zone. In order to subdivide the subject property as proposed the applicant is requesting minor subdivision approval and a bulk variance for minimum required lot depth for proposed Lot 11.03 where a minimum lot depth of 125 feet is required and a lot depth of 102.18 feet is provided in addition to any and all other variances or waivers the Board deems necessary for the approval of the application. This application is listed on the Clerk's calendar and a public hearing has been set for Thursday April 16, 2026 at 7:30 pm at the Butler Municipal Building, One Ace Road, Butler, New Jersey at which time you may appear either in person, by agent, or by attorney, and present any comments, questions, or objections which you may have to the granting of this application. Copies of all documents related to this application are on file with the Butler Planning Board Secretary and are available for public inspection at least 10 days before the hearing in the Butler Municipal Building, One Ace Road, Butler, New Jersey during normal business hours.
