BOROUGH OF CHESILHURST PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
NOTICE OF HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
In compliance with the pertinent provisions of the Borough of Chesilhurst Zoning and Land Development Ordinance, and the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Act, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., notice is hereby given that a written application has been filed by the undersigned with the Borough of Chesilhurst Planning and Zoning Board for (i) minor subdivision approval to subdivide the existing parcel into three (3) fully conforming separate lots and (ii) any and all other variances or waivers the Board may reasonably require in the exercise of its discretion. The aforesaid approvals are sought in order to allow the undersigned applicant to: (i) subdivide current Lot 8.01 in Block 404 into a total of three (3) lots to be used for single-family residential only use to construct, establish, and maintain single-family residences. The property, which is the subject of this application shown as Lot 8.01 in Block 404 on the Borough of Chesilhurst, New Jersey Tax Map, which property is located at Edwards Avenue, Chesilhurst, New Jersey.
Public hearing on the above-mentioned application, which is the subject of this Notice, has been scheduled for July 1, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Courtroom of the Municipal Building, 201 Grant Avenue, Chesilhurst, New Jersey. At that time, you may appear either in person or by attorney and present objections you may have to this application.
The application and plans are available for examination in the office of the secretary of the Chesilhurst Planning Board, 202 Grant Avenue, Chesilhurst, New Jersey, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday to Thursday. This notice is being given in accordance with the requirements of the Chesilhurst Borough Ordinances and Municipal Land Use Law N.J.S.A 40:55D et. Seq.
Further take notice that said Planning Board may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said hearings from time to time, and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Planning Board Secretary concerning such adjournments, postponements, or continuations.
