PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that on the May 11, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. local time, a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Collingswood at the Collingswood Community Center, 30 W. Collings Avenue, Collingswood, New Jersey 08108, upon the application of Haddon Eight LLC seeking relief under N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70d for a use variance and/or conditional use and/or conditional use variance under 141-21 (A), and/or 141-21 and/or 141-21 (D) to allow for the current owner Custom Ed to continue operating as is and to allow for a second principal use and/or conditional use at the subject property to allow for general professional offices. Applicant is also seeking a site plan waiver, and any other variance and/or waivers that may be required.
The request for the variance is for the property located at 806-808 Haddon Avenue, Collingswood New Jersey 08107, Block 94 Lot 8.
All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. in the Collingswood Municipal Building, Zoning Office, 678 Haddon Avenue, Collingswood, New Jersey 08108.
