NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Please take notice that application has been made by Yossi Malka & Dr. Ofer Burshtain for a variance from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinances of the Borough of Cresskill to permit a distance of 11.2ft between existing pool and a new dwelling, where a minimum distance of 15ft is required at premises known as BLOCK 206 LOT 8 having a street address of 45 Churchill Road, Cresskill, New Jersey and that a public hearing of such application will be held by the Board of Adjustment on the 23 day of October, 2025, at 7:30.p.m at the Borough Hall of Cresskill New Jersey.
A copy of the application and supporting documentations are on file with the the Secretary of the Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building and are available for inspection during business hours (8:30.a.m through 4:30.p.m).
Interested residents, if desired, can appear before the Zoning Board of Adjustment at the above stated time and place, either in person or through an agent or attorney, to comment on the application.
