NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That the undersigned has applied to the Planning Board in the Borough of Elmwood Park for preliminary and final major site plan approval with associated variance relief in order to continue to use the property as an industrial site and specifically for the manufacture of corrugated cardboard products at property commonly known as 1 Paul Kohner Place and otherwise known as Block 1406, Lot 7 on the Tax Maps of the Borough of Elmwood Park. The subject property is located in a I-G Zone and existing and proposed use is permitted in the zone. In order to continue to use the subject property as proposed the Applicant is requesting preliminary and final major site plan approval and a bulk variance for minimum required parking spaces in addition to any and all other variances or waivers the board deems necessary for approval of the application. This application is listed on the Clerk's calendar, and public meetings have been set for a work session meeting on Wednesday November 5, 2025 and a public hearing on Wednesday November 12, 2025. Both meetings will begin at 7:30 pm and will be held at the Borough of Elmwood Park Municipal Building Council Chambers, 182 Market Street, Elmwood Park, New Jersey 07407 at which time you may appear either in person, by agent, or by attorney, and present any comments, questions, or objections which you may have to the granting of this application. Copies of all documents related to this application are available for public inspection at least 10 days before the hearing at the Office of the Building Department in the Elmwood Park Municipal Building between 10 am and 3 pm Monday through Friday.
