BOROUGH OF FAIR LAWN ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TAKE NOTICE that on the 29th day of June 2026 at 7:00 p.m., a hearing will be held before the Borough of Fair Lawn Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building, 8-01 Fair Lawn Avenue, Fair Lawn New Jersey on the appeal or application of the undersigned for a variance or other relief so as to permit Property is located in the R-1-2 Single family Residential Zone. Applicant proposal is to convert the existing 2 car garage into living space for a family member of the Applicant, where by creating a two family dwelling where only single family dwellings are permitted in the R-1-2. Use variance in accordance with Borough ordinance 125-57D(1)(d) for a two-family dwelling where only single family dwellings are permitted as Section 125-17 on the premises located at 41-31 Geiger Place, fair lawn. and designated as Block 1502 Lot 15 on the Borough of Fair Lawns Tax Map.
