BOROUGH OF HATBORO
ZONING NOTICE
The Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Hatboro will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 7:00 PM to hear the following application:
Gary Bulicki (equitable owner)/JSC Rehabs LLC, 76 Byberry Road, Hatboro, PA 19040 in request of the following variances to permit the conversion of an existing office building into a multifamily dwelling containing eleven (11) studio apartments:
1. A variance from Section 27-802 of the Borough of Hatboro Code of Ordinances to permit a multifamily dwelling containing 11 studio apartments in the R-3 Residential District.
2. A variance from Section 27-2002.3 of the Borough of Hatboro Code of Ordinances to permit 21 off-street parking spaces at the property as opposed to the 22 spaces required by code.
3. A variance from Section 27-805.1.B of the Borough of Hatboro Code Of Ordinances to permit parking spaces to be located closer than 25 feet to a right of way line.
4. A variance from Section 27-803.B of the Borough of Hatboro Code of Ordinances to allow the property to exceed a maximum density of 12 units per acre within the R-3 Residential District.
This meeting will take place at the Borough of Hatboro Municipal Building, 414 S. York Road, Hatboro, PA 19040. The public is invited to attend. Plans are available at Borough Hall, 414 S. York Road, Hatboro, PA 19040 Monday through Friday during business hours.
