BOROUGH OF LINDENWOLD JOINT LAND USE BOARD NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPLICATION Please take notice that the undersigned has filed with the Joint Land Use Board of the Borough of Lindenwold, Camden County, New Jersey, an application for change of use/occupancy and minor site plan waiver to permit existing commercial building previously utilized as a real estate office to be utilized as a non-profit Social Services office 501(c)(3), identified as Block 238, Lot 1.05 on the Official Tax Map of the Borough of Lindenwold, Camden County, New Jersey, and located at 717 Chews Landing Road, Borough of Lindenwold, New Jersey. Applicant is unaware of any needed variances. A Site Plan Waiver is requested as no renovations are being made to the exterior of the building or lot. This application shall also include any and all submission waivers, design waivers, and/or any and all variances or waivers that may be required after professional review or during public hearing. A public hearing will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., in the Lindenwold Municipal Building, 15 North White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, New Jersey, at which time you may appear and present any objections or support you may have for this application. The plans and exhibits for this application are available for inspection, during regular business hours, at the Lindenwold Municipal Building, 15 North White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, New Jersey.
