PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
Please take notice that on Thursday, July 23, 2026, the Borough of Lindenwold Joint Land Use Board ("Board") will be conducting a regularly scheduled meeting at the Lindenwold Borough Office, located at 15 N. White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, New Jersey 08021, beginning at 6:00 PM. At this meeting, a public hearing will take place, wherein the undersigned applicant ("Applicant") will be heard in association with an application filed by the Applicant to the Board for a minor subdivision plan approval with variance relief being sought from Section 360-22 of the Borough zoning ordinance to permit a minimum frontage of 75 feet for a residential lot, where a minimum frontage of 100 feet is permitted, along with any and all other approvals, variances, waivers and relief as determined by the Board.
The Property is located at 112 State Avenue, Lindenwold, New Jersey 08021, and designated as Block 163, Lots 1.01. 1.10, 3 and 3.01 on the Borough of Lindenwold's Tax Map, and this notice is sent to you as an owner of property in the immediate vicinity of the Property.
The application, all supporting documents, and all exhibits to be considered by the Board are available for examination in the office of the Secretary for the Board, located at 15 N. White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, New Jersey 08002.
This notice is sent to you by the Applicant in accordance New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law, and by order of the Board.
