BOROUGH OF MANASQUAN FIRE DISTRICT NO. 1 NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District No. 1, Borough of Manasquan, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, shall ask the legal voters of said Fire District on Saturday, February 21, 2026, between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., or longer if necessary, to approve or disapprove the proposed 2026 budget. Said voting shall take place at Manasquan Hook & Ladder Company No. 1, 33 Abe Voorhees Drive, Manasquan, New Jersey. Fire District No. 1 is comprised of all Election Districts within the Borough of Manasquan. The legal voters of said Fire District shall also be asked to elect two (2) Commissioners, each for a three (3) year term, to serve on the Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District No. 1. The closing date for the filing of a Petition of Nomination with the Clerk of the Board relative to being a candidate for said three (3) year terms shall be on Friday, January 23, 2026.
