ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Tim Vaughan has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of New Milford for variance relief for premises located at 213 Terrace Place, New Milford, New Jersey, also known as Block 402, Lot 30, in the A-1B Zone. The applicant proposes construction of an in-ground swimming pool requiring variance relief under Borough Code Sections 30-21-4(C)(1) and 30-21-4(C)(2) for coverage in excess of ordinance limits (building coverage 20% permitted / 20.4% proposed; impervious coverage 40% permitted / 44.6% proposed), together with any other variances, waivers or relief deemed necessary. The application will be heard by the Zoning Board of Adjustment on April 7, 2026 at 7:00 PM at Borough Hall, 930 River Road, New Milford, NJ, when interested parties may appear and be heard. The Board may grant such other relief as it deems appropriate. The application and supporting documents are available for public inspection at Borough Hall during normal business hours.
