BOROUGH OF OAKLAND COUNTY OF BERGEN, NEW JERSEY ORDINANCE NO. 25-CODE-977 "An Ordinance Amending Chapter 5-1.2(C) and Chapter 5-4.3(G) of the Borough Code of the Borough of Oakland, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey, Entitled 'Dog and Cat Licensing' to Increase the Late Renewal Fee for Licenses." The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the Borough Code to increase the late renewal fee for both dog and cat licenses from $5.00 to $15.00 per animal for renewals submitted after February 15 of each year. All other licensing provisions remain unchanged.
