NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Planning/Zoning Combined Board of the Borough of Oceanport at the Clement V. Sommers Municipal Building, 910 Oceanport Way, Oceanport, New Jersey on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the application of Celina Eosso-Curti and James Curti for the premises located at Block 114, Lot 8 as shown on the Borough of Oceanport Tax Map, more commonly known as 26 Willow Court, in the R-5 Zone. The property is an existing, non-conforming lot.
The Applicant is seeking variance approval to permit a two-phase addition to an existing, single-family home and related site improvements. The Applicant will request the following bulk variances:
The expansion of a non-conforming structure due to minimum lot area and lot width, minimum side yard setback: principal structure, minimum side & rear yard setback: accessory structure (shed) all pre-existing conditions. Maximum impervious coverage – proposed addition exceeds by 0.86% and for such other variances, waivers or other relief as the Board shall deem necessary and appropriate
You are hereby notified that you are privileged to be present at said hearing and present any and all objections you may have to the granting of said application.Any maps and documents for which approval is being sought are or will be on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Borough Clerk, 315 E. Main Street, Oceanport, New Jersey between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at least 10 days prior to the hearing.
