The property is a corner lot with two front yards: Oak St. (Front of the property – 100 feet) & Loy Ave. (Left Front yard – 82 feet). The Applicant seeks approval from the Riverdale Planning Board to construct a Gazebo / Pavilion on the Left Front yard (Loy Ave.). The Gazebo / Pavilion is support by six columns and have an area 19' 2" by 11' 2", +/- 215 square feet where 200 square feet is required, with a 2.62% of lot coverage. The Front yard (Oak St.) setback 40' and Left Front yard (Roy Ave.) 7'6". The Gazebo / Pavilion height increase from 8' to 9'. The application and all relevant maps and papers are on file in the office of the Planning Secretary and are available for inspection during normal business hours.
