Proposals must be made on the proposal forms included with the specification, enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and "RFP [Contract Number], [Professional Service Appointment]" on the outside, addressed to Jenna Jankowski, at the address above. Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The Borough of Seaside Park will award this competitive contract in accord with price and other factors as outlined with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 5:34-4.1 et seq.
