BOROUGH OF SEASIDE PARK NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT - HUNTERDON COUNTY EDUCATIONAL SERVICES COMMISSION The Borough of Seaside Park intends to participate in the PMC Wireless contract for thirty (30) R2 Motorola Portable 2-way radios and the associated installation and programming fees through Hunterdon County Educational Services Commissioner contract # HCESC-CAT-22-09. Information regarding the contract may be found on Hunterdon County Educational Services Commission's website: https://www.hunterdonesc.org/page/purchasing The contract period shall commence upon the issuance of the purchase order and terminate upon delivery and programming of the equipment. It is the intent of the Borough of Seaside Park to make a contract award to PMC Wireless pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Physical Security Products bid #HCESC-CAT-22-09. The Borough of Seaside Park is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3). Opportunity to comment will begin upon the publication of this notice and end 10 calendar days thereafter. All comments should be directed to the Borough of Seaside Park Purchasing Department.
