BOROUGH OF SEASIDE PARK NOTICE OF PENDING ORDINANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following ordinance was introduced and passed by the Borough Council on first reading at a meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Seaside Park held on the 16th day of October 2025, and will be considered for second reading and final passage at a regular meeting of the Borough Council to be held on the 6th day of November 2025, in the second-floor Council Chambers, located at Sixth & Central Avenues, Seaside Park, New Jersey at which time and place any persons desiring to be heard upon the same will be given the opportunity to be so heard. ORDINANCE 2025-25 AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF SEASIDE PARK, IN THE COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AMENDING CHAPTER 405, ARTICLE V OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF SEASIDE PARK, ENTITLED "PROPERTY OWNER'S USE OF THE VERGE" Synopsis: Ordinance 2025-25 adds mailboxes as an improvement that can be placed in the verge. The addition to the list of improvements that may be placed in the verge states: "mailboxes, provided they meet the specifications of the Postmaster General and do not violate the site triangle regulations.
