BOROUGH OF SOUTH RIVER PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given, that 109 South River Incorporated, of 109 Water Street, South River, New Jersey, 08882, received a Preliminary and Final Site Plan and Bulk Variances from the provisions of the Borough of South River Zoning Ordinances to permit the Applicant to use the existing building as a Class 5 "licensed retail cannabis facility." The approval is for the premises known and designated on the Tax Map as Block 153, Lot 3 located at 109 Water Street, South River, NJ. This application #PB-2025-14 was approved on August 12, 2025 and memorialize on September 9, 2025.
