BOROUGH OF STANHOPE LAND USE BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 7:00 P.M., a public hearing will be held before the Borough of Stanhope Land Use Board at the Borough of Stanhope Municipal Building, 77 Main Street, Stanhope, NJ to consider the application of ADG AMITY ROAD LLC for variance relief for imperious lot coverage and critical slope disturbance and any other variances that may be deemed necessary at the time of the hearing.
The Applicant also seeks a D-1 Use Variance for commercial use as well as D-2 Variance for the expansion of an existing non-conforming use.
The Applicant is seeking to construct a 20,402 sq. ft. building with separate bays to be utilized for professional trades, i.e., plumbers, electricians, etc., with office space on the premises located at 49-53 Sparta Road and designated as Block 10105 Lot 12 on the Borough of Stanhope Tax Map.
The application and supporting documents are on file with the Secretary of the Borough of Stanhope Land Use Board and may be inspected at the Borough of Stanhope Municipal Building, located at 77 Main Street, Stanhope, NJ during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Any interested party may appear either in person or by attorney at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the regulations of the Municipal Land Use Law and rules of the Borough of Stanhope Land Use Board.
Further take notice that said Land Use Board may at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said hearings from time to time, and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Land Use Board Secretary concerning such adjournments, postponements, or continuations.
