BOROUGH OF TOTOWA PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF DECISION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on August 14, 2025, the Planning Board of the Borough of Totowa held a public hearing on an application filed by AAA Northeast ("the Applicant") who sought Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval with associated design waiver relief with respect to a portion of the property located at 465 U.S. Highway 46 in the Borough of Totowa and also identified as Block 174, Lots 1-3.02, 4.02, and 5-6 of the Official Tax Map of the Borough of Totowa, which is located in the B-3 (Business) Zone (the "Property"). The Resolution for approval was adopted on September 11, 2025 at the Regular Meeting of the Borough of Totowa Planning Board.
