BOROUGH OF TOTOWA PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF DECISION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 11, 2025, the Planning Board of the Borough of Totowa held a public hearing on an application filed by Boot Barn, Inc. ("the Applicant") who sought Preliminary and Final Site Plan approval with associated design standard waiver relief with respect to a portion of the property located at 545 Route 46 in the Borough of Totowa and also identified as Lot 3 in Block 170 on the Official Tax Map of the Borough of Totowa (the "Property"), which is located in the B-3 Zone. The Resolution for approval was adopted on September 11, 2025 and memorialized on September 25, 2025 at the Regular Meeting of the Borough of Totowa Planning Board.
