BOROUGH OF WESTWOOD, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING, ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Please take notice that ALIA JALUDI (the "Appellant") has filed an appeal pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-72(a), N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70 and Westwood Ordinance 195-39, seeking the Borough of Westwood Zoning Board of Adjustment's review of the Borough of Westwood Zoning Officer's finding that "L & D Sons Plumbing & Heating, LLC" constitutes a permitted home based business at 178 Bergenline Avenue, Westwood, New Jersey, Block 2104, Lot 10, and that commercial vehicles from said business are permitted to be parked on the street. The Appellant also is seeking the Board's review of the Zoning Officer's refusal to issue tickets to the owners of 178 Bergenline Avenue for violations of Borough of Westwood Ordinances 195-129(i)(l); 195-129(i)(5); 195-129(i)(12); 195-129(i)(13); 195-162(10)(d)(l); 195-162(10)(d)(2).
Anyone affected by this appeal, and members of the public, may have an opportunity to be heard at a public meeting of the Board to be held on June 1, 2026, at 8 P.M. in the Westwood Municipal Complex at 101 Washington Avenue, Westwood, NJ 07675.
When this matter is called by the Board, you may appear in person, or by agent or attorney, and present any objections or comments you may have with regard to the appeal. All documents related to this appeal may be inspected by the public at the office of the Board Secretary and/or Building Department at the Borough Hall, Westwood Municipal Complex, 101 Washington Avenue, Westwood, NJ 07675 during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.). This notice is sent to you by order of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Westwood.
