BRICK TOWNSHIP NOTICE of Public Meeting PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of Brick Township for a variance from the terms of the Articles and Sections of the Zoning Ordinance so as to permit Lori Youngclaus install a 6' vinyl privacy fence. Applicant is requesting approval of bulk variances under NJSA 40:55D-70C Section 245-33 of the Twp Code requires fencing on lots fronting on a body of water to not exceed 4" in height and must be open picket style. Applicant further seeks such other variances and/or waivers that the Board may require. LOCATION: 20 Island Drive, Block 878.01 Lot 53, Brick Township, NJ.
