BRIDGEWATER TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE - SPECIAL COUNSEL The Township Council of the Township of Bridgewater by resolution 25-03-20-105 has awarded the following professional service contract without competitive bidding pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-5 (1) (a). This award for professional service has been made as a fair and open contract pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.7. The contracts and resolution authorizing them are available for public inspection in the Office of the Township Clerk. AWARDED TO: Antonelli Kantor Bell, Shivas & Bell Decottis, Fitzpatrick, Cole & Giblin Ruderman & Roth Lavery, Selvaggi & Cohen SERVICE: Additional counsel to aid in the trial or argument of such actions, causes or proceedings of importance in which the Township may be a party or be interested as deemed necessary.
