BZA Public Hearing The Harrison Township Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 7:00 p.m. January 20, 2026 at the Township Complex 6750 Outville Rd. Pataskala, OH 43062. A Public Hearing will begin at 7:00 p.m. with a regular working session following the Public Hearing. All meetings are open to the public. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider a Variance Application submitted by Connie J. Klema representing Front Porch Investments, LLC for 4663 Columbus Rd. Granville, OH 43023 Parcel # 025-068400-00.000. The applicant is requesting to divide the property into nine lots and is requesting a variance from the 100' street frontage. They are requesting that 7 lots have 13.6' frontage and that 2 lots have 25' frontage.
