Beach Haven Land Use Board LAND USE BOARD BOROUGH OF BEACH HAVEN RESOLUTION #2025-02C NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Beach Haven Land Use Board ("Board") has approved an Updated Tolling Agreement with New York SMSA Limited Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless, extending the time for Verizon to file any legal action challenging the Board's denial of its application for a minor site plan approval to December 1, 2025. This extension allows the parties, including the Borough, to further discuss the Application and attempt to resolve any outstanding issues without litigation. The Board approved and executed this agreement at its October 3, 2025 meeting, and the decision was memorialized in a written resolution, #2025-02C, adopted at the same meeting. A copy of the memorializing resolution and the agreement are filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
