Beach Haven Land Use Board LAND USE BOARD BOROUGH OF BEACH HAVEN RESOLUTION #2025-04 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Beach Haven Land Use Board ("Board") has granted an application for a bulk variance filed by Alexandra Murray, regarding real property located at 215 Marine St., Block 118, Lot 15, on the municipal tax map in connection with permitting a second driveway opening on the easterly side of the property. The Board approved this application at its September 2, 2025 meeting, and the decision was memorialized in a written resolution, #2025-04, that the Board adopted on October 6, 2025. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
