Beach Haven Land Use Board LAND USE BOARD BOROUGH OF BEACH HAVEN RESOLUTION #2025-10 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Beach Haven Land Use Board ("Board") has granted an application for a bulk variance filed by Al Parinello Entertainment, LLC, regarding real property located at 209 Engleside Ave., Block 153, Lots 9-14, on the municipal tax map, in connection with permitting building coverage of 81.5%, where a maximum of 75% is allowed and impervious coverage of 98.3%, where a maximum of 60% is allowed. The Board approved this application at its December 1, 2025 meeting, and the decision was memorialized in a written resolution, #2025-10, that the Board adopted on January 5, 2026. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
