Bedford Central School District Notice of Public Hearing Notice of Public Hearing November 2025 In accordance with the Commissioner's Regulations 155.17 (c) (3) and New York State Education Law §2801-a. The Bedford Central School District Board of Education will hold a Public Hearing on the District-Wide Safety and Emergency Management Plan at its Regular Meeting on December 10, 2025 at 7:00pm, at The Fox Lane Middle School Suzanne Grant Theater. The Plan has been posted as of November 5, 2025 for a thirty (30) day comment period and is available on the District Website. The plan originally accepted by the Board at their August 27, 2025 meeting has been amended to include new regulations regarding Cardiac Arrest Preparedness. It is expected that the Board of Education will adopt the plan following the Public Hearing.
