Bedford central School District Legal Notice Comptroller Audit NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the fiscal affairs of the Bedford Central School District with respect to Medicaid Reimbursements, for the period beginning on July 1, 2022 and ending on June 30, 2024, have been examined by the Office of the State Comptroller, and that the report of examination performed by the Office of the State Comptroller, which includes a written response to the report of examination performed by the Office of the State Comptroller on behalf of the Board of Education of the Bedford Central School District, has been filed in my office, 632 So. Bedford Road, Bedford, New York, where it is available as a public record for inspection by all interested persons. Pursuant to Section 35 of the General Municipal Law, the Board of Education of the Bedford Central School District may prepare a corrective action plan with respect to each finding or recommendation within the report of examination, within 90 days after presentation of the report of examination by the Office of the State Comptroller to the Board of Education, by December 9, 2025.
