Bedminster Township Land Use Board Public Notice BEDMINSTER TOWNSHIP LAND USE BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that a public meeting was held on December 4, 2025 at which time the Land Use Board adopted the following memorializing resolutions: Memorializing resolution #2025-012 S/K Bed One Associates LLC (KRE), Block 71 Lot 7 & 7.01 whereas an additional one-year extension of the preliminary and final site plan and preliminary and final major sub-division and related site plan and subdivision exceptions, is extended until December 9, 2026. Copies of the resolutions of decisions and the related application and plans are on file in the Land Use Board Office at One Miller Lane, Bedminster NJ and are available for inspection during regular business hours.
