Bensalem Township School District Request Proposals Legal Services
INTENT
Bensalem Township School District (the "District") is soliciting proposals from qualified licensed full-service law firms to represent the District in basic legal matters and litigation, excluding litigation handled by attorneys selected by school district insurance carriers or attorneys hired by the Board of School Directors to handle other legal matters as determined by the District. The District anticipates entering into an agreement with the selected law firm beginning on or about February 1, 2026, and renewing annually on January 1st with the Board of School Directors. The District may choose, at its sole discretion, to award separate contracts for general solicitor, special education counsel, personnel and labor relations matters, charter school matters and special real estate tax counsel.

Submission and Deadline
Proposals must be submitted in a single PDF file. No proposal received after the deadline will be accepted. Please send via email no later than 3:00 p.m. on January 9, 2026 to the Board Secretary at criley@bensalemsd.org.
Interviews of selected candidates may be scheduled on a rolling basis, but are anticipated to be conducted late afternoons between January 13 and 15, 2026.
